The PVDF membrane materials used in the air film venues have excellent self-cleaning performance, do not need to be cleaned manually frequently, and the proportion of manual maintenance is very small, unless the air dust pollution is particularly serious. The most important maintenance work is to pay attention to the weather conditions every day and adjust the air pressure inside the gas film building properly. In heavy snow weather, pay attention to whether there is snow around the gas film.

If manual cleaning is necessary, the method is as follows:

1. Wet cleaning of membrane surface is suitable for soft brush and textile with good water absorption. Dry cleaning should use antistatic dry cloth. The cloth should be soft enough, otherwise it will damage the surface of the membrane material and reduce the transparency and strength.

2. The maximum temperature of steam cleaning shall not exceed 150 ℃. (high pressure cleaning can only be operated by relevant professionals. The cleaning pressure should not exceed 40bar. Clean cold water and wide mouth nozzle should be used.)

3. Detergents. For detergents, we recommend the use of soft, degradable and unbonded detergents. The addition proportion shall refer to the data provided by the construction unit.

4. In the cleaning process, before cleaning, the dirt on the roof and sink should be cleaned to ensure smooth water flow. The membrane surface can be pre cleaned with clean water to remove dust and other small things that may cause Scratch and damage on the film surface. The cleaning tool dipped with detergent shall be scratched on the film surface in a circle to keep the pressure uniform. After about 20 minutes, rinse with water.
